REGULATIONS GENERAL USE OF DISCUSSION ROOM
HPTP LIBRARY
1. The University and Library rules and regulations apply.
2. Operation hour is according to the Library opening hours.
3. Leave campus card or copy of identification card (non-library members) upon registration and claim back after usage.
4. Maximum usage time is 2 hours and renewal may be considered if no request from other client
5. Minimum number of clients to use discussion room is four (4).
6. Clients are responsible for any damage/loss and will be charged accordingly.
7. Academic discussion must not cause any inconvenience to other clients.
8. Please keep discussion room clean after usage.
9. The Library may terminate usage whenever necessary.
