REGULATIONS GENERAL USE OF FOOTBALL FIELD

HPTP SPORTS CENTRE

1. Properties are given to students and staff of Pagoh Higher Education  Hub (this include external bookings from the Sports, Recreation & Co-curricular Office. 
2. User must make reservation at One Stop Centre Helpdesk. Reservation must be made within 1 (one) working day and for any Official Activities, reservation must be made at least five (5) working days prior to booking date. 
3. Users must present booking slip when requested by staff in charge or safety guard. 
4. Users must be responsible for the cleanliness of the areas within the sports utilities used. 
5. Sport, Recreation & Co-curricular Unit has the right to cancel any reservations made without prior notice. 
6. User will be fined for any damaged sports facilities during usage. 
7. Staff in charge at the Sports, Recreation & Co-curricular Unit has the right to stop any users who do not comply to the rules. 
8. User shall comply with all regulations and conditions applicable from time to time by the duty officer. 
9. The Sports, Recreation & Co-curricular, Pagoh Higher Education Hub will not be held for responsible for any injuries or accident that may occur while using the sports facilities. User must be held responsible for any risks occurred.
